| Question 1. My Salt heater does not activate, what can I do? | The Saltheaters use a natural chain reaction to work, sometimes particles can separate stopping this reaction from happening, shake your saltheater vigorously and click the aluminium disc repeatedly to ensure the particles knock together and react. |
| Question 2. After Boiling my Saltheater crystallizes and will not go back to clear liquid, why? | When boiling your saltheater it is important to ensure all the salt crystals have dissolved, if there are any small flakes left, the solution will not re-set resulting in the packs remaining solid. |
| Question 3. My Saltheater is leaking? | The Saltheaters are laser sealed to reduce the chances of leaking, however to ensure this does not happen do not use sharp utensils to remove your saltheater from the pan when boiling and wrap the packs in cloth before submerging in water.
